**The purpose of the role**

As the **Customer Support Executive**, you will report into the Head of Customer Support. You will ensure **timely and accurate** delivery of appropriate customer support for a well-established **software business** that specialise in a really niche market. Offering customer support on software and problem solving, you will be one of the first points of contact for law firms who would be your main customer base.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will**:

- Liaise with Law firms, being the first point of contact for customer accounts.
- Help advise and **problem solve**any issues they may have with their in-house software.
- Work **collaboratively** across other departments
- Be able to think outside the box and use **common sense** where applicable.
- MS Office, MS Outlook. Excel, Word knowledge.

**Skills & Experience**
- Have **demonstrable experience** in a customer support or account management role, in a business-to-business environment.
- Have **excellent, clear, and comprehensive** use of the English Language
- Excellent **people skills,** be a strong communicator
- Be able to perform duties to a high accurate standard with **good attention to detail**:

- Be able to think outside the box and use **common sense** where applicable.
- Offer an **Outgoing, confident, and positive attitude**
