**Customer Service Advisor, Poole, £24,000**

**The purpose of role**:
As **Customer Service Advisor** you'll be an **integral** part of the team, providing the **highest level of customer service**. You'll be **supporting the Sales team,** ensuring systems are up to date and administration duties are executed daily.

As Customer Service Advisor **your responsibilities** will include:

- **Processing orders** and preparing quotations for all sales and business opportunities
- Supporting with all **administrative tasks**:

- **Coordinating with internal teams** and colleagues to provide the highest level of **customer satisfaction**

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience using **Microsoft Office 365**:

- Desirable experience using **SAP B1**:

- Great communication and customer service skills
- GCSEs (including Mathematics and English Language)
