Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host, for a multi-tenanted corporate building offering premium office space in St. Paul's Quarter.
The Welcome Host will “own” the ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service.
The successful Welcome Host will be involved in plenty of tasks and we are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes. They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors and callers, as well as being the main contact for facilities related queries. The Welcome host will drive new initiatives to improve the customer experience, as well as arrange events & activities to drive occupier engagement within the building.
Shift pattern: 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday
**Salary**: £29,705
**Qualifications**
Experience with Microsoft Office programs is essential.
Prior experience with occupier engagement and brand ambassador events is desirable.
