Job Description Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Welcome Host to join our Front of House team as a key member of a prestigious building in Victoria.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for occupiers and visitors, acting as an expert authority and primary contact for all aspects of the building and its community. You will take ownership in leading and delivering communal space enlivenment activities and an engaging events programme to connect people to the community, support wellbeing and bring to life the outstanding amenities on offer at 5 Howick Place.
As a key tenant point of contact, the Welcome Host is fundamental in delivering first-class client and customer experiences that contribute to the happiness and success of employees, visitors and the building community.
This is a fully on-site role with working hours from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
**Job Description**:
**The core elements of your role will include**: ensuring a consistently great front of house experience, delivering concierge services for occupiers, and managing critical first and last impressions of everyone who interacts with the space.
You will provide a warm welcome experience and be the 'go-to' person for assistance. You will take responsibility for resolving issues and queries and take pride in ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction is achieved. You will enjoy variety as you support the operational aspects of the building, engage occupiers and connect the community.
We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent organisational skills and a demonstrable track record of building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
