**Job Description**:
Portico are on the lookout for a Welcome Host on a 12 month maternity cover contract, for a building in central London.
The overall aim of the Welcome Host is to work alongside the building manager and other service providers to create and nurture a positive visitor experience.
The Welcome Host will provide a warm welcome, customer focused assistance onsite and a fond farewell to create lasting memories for visitors & occupiers.
They will have a fantastic knowledge of the building's operations and work closely with the client to innovate regularly.
Shift details: 50hrs including 1hr lunch break, various shifts from Mon-Fri.

**Qualifications**:
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate, 5* hotel or airline environment.
