Rutherford Briant have just taken on a brand new and very exciting opportunity for an Assistant Investment Accountant to join the Wealth Reporting Team at a very reputable practice in Leatherhead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has at least 1 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounts or back-office experience and keen to get into an accounting or investment career.

**What you will do**:

- Bookkeeping client accounts, managing the data capture process for investment manager and bank statements through a variety of methods
- Responsibility for data integrity, performing the first reconciliations of bank records and working closely with the investment accountants to sign off on client records on a daily or monthly basis
- Assist in the preparation of wealth reports, performance reports, expenditure analysis and management accounts
- General administration duties on behalf of the clients, this includes cash flow analysis and raising payments
- Develop processes and procedures to accommodate changing client requirements

**What you will need**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in bookkeeping or back-office experience
- AAT Level 3 or 4 Qualified
- Keen to get into an accounting or investment career
- Well organised and able to manage different priorities
- Excellent communication skills
