**Job Title: Service Advisor

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Stoke on Trent, ST6
Job status: Permanent role **Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.00pm & Saturday 08.00am 12.00pm**
**Week 2 Monday to Friday 09.00am - 18.00pm**
Gi Group are looking for a permanent full-time and experienced **Service Advisor** who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. We are lookingfor you to be able to demonstrate a fantastic approach to each customer.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
- Updating customers on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
- Scheduling services required for customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant fully skilled Service Advisors.
- To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicles
- Minimum 1 years' experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
- Full clean driving license
- VAG training/experience desirable
- Workshop loading/control experience desirable
