German Export Customer Support

We are looking for a German speaking professional to join a manufacturing company supporting customers in Germany with their export orders for a maternity cover role You would be joining a small, close-knit, multi-lingual team working across Europe. Thecompany has won awards as Investors in People for the provision of training for their staff and provides a friendly supportive working environment.
They offer job training, a supportive manager, a friendly hybrid working environment with **2 days in the office** and 3 days from home. The salary is £25K basic plus KPI bonus bringing the salary up to £28,000 with **no cold calling** for a **12 Month Fixed term contract maternity cover.**
**The Role**
You would be liaising in German and English to support order management, logistics and export. You would be preparing documents for shipment to Europe and managing orders from German businesses such as DIY shops, shop fitters, builders and domestic installersas part of a full time fixed term contract role.
The main duties of the role are:
- Communicate with branches and customers in German and other DACH countries
- Take orders and collect information
- Prepare and check export documentation
- Liaise with different departments such as production and logistics
- Log calls and orders
- Handle enquiries with transport, products and more general issues
- Speak and write German to a near native level
- Have fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Have strong administrative skills
- Are professional and able to learn new systems
- Have experience of office-based customer service or order management (ideal)
An additional European language such as Spanish or Italian would be very helpful.
Internal product and systems training will be provided as well as ongoing coaching and support for the right person.

They currently work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, therefore you will need to be able to commute to the headquarters in Evesham. The company is based to the south of Evesham and is easily commutable from Worcester, Stow, Cheltenham, Stratford,Banbury, Gloucester and the M5.
