A high-end luxury goods retailer in Swindon is looking for a French OR German speaking professional to join a small multilingual and multicultural customer service team to provide excellent customer support to the French OR German market. You will need tohave fluent spoken and written skills in French OR German and English, outstanding customer rapport, be confident, highly organised, reliable, flexible and proactive.

You will be responding to online enquires and phone calls from France OR the DACH region from both new and existing customers and will learn proactively about the high-end products in order to be able to answer queries about them.

You will be working 37.5 hour over 5 days Monday to Saturday (working approximately 1 Saturday in 4).

**Main duties of the role are**:

- Handling inbound calls in a professional non-scripted manner
- Following up enquiries
- Placing orders on SAP
- Advising on bespoke personalised products
- Excellent spoken and written French OR German
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience of French or DACH region cultures
- Great phone manner
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Experience in an office or telephone role

This role is based in a smart office and logistics centre in Swindon with easy access to the M4 and A419 and would be suitable for travel from Cirencester, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and Reading.
