We are hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Global Sales Organisation of Pinterest. As a Senior Administrative Assistant you will support two Senior Sales Leaders in Pinterest and play a vital role in supporting and coordinating the functions of our dynamic and fast-paced Sales Org.

**What you'll do**:

- Complex calendar management for two Senior Directors in the Sales Organisation: Updating meeting cadences to reflect business priorities, aligning with executive(s) on schedules, proactively scheduling complex/large meetings, working with external and internal stakeholders regularly
- Support executive(s) in preparation of team meetings, including preparation of meeting content, capture action items and circulate meeting notes
- Support executive(s) in preparation for events, including researching event location, logistics management, and preparing event content
- Coordinate team morale activities
- Support in coordinating with business facing XFN partners such as HR, Recruiting and Finance
- Manage reconciliation of expenses for the exec(s) supported Assist with travel coordinationPrepare swag orders for the executive(s) organization including submitting and processing purchase ordersManage executive(s)'s employee recognition budget Provide in person support for offsite events, all-hands meetings, or specific working sessions

**What we're looking for**:

- 5+ years experience, ideally supporting Director or C-Suite level executives
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with gSuite, Slack, Workday, or Expensify is advantageous but not required
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Ability to move quickly and make confident decisions while being a data-driven and analytical thinker
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over tasks and situations with little oversight
- Hands on experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ability to pivot quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail capabilities
- Team player capable of executing and finishing end-to-end tasks
- Handle confidential information with integrity
