**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- **Computer Literacy**:
Adding & maintaining product listings on our online stores with care & attention.
Have previous experience using a Warehouse Management System.
Highly proficient with Microsoft excel, previous data entry experience ideal.
Previous Selling Platform Experience Ideal. I.e Ebay, Amazon, Shopify, Woo-Commerce.
- **Picking, Packing & Invoicing**:
Pick & Pack products from stock locations based on picking lists.
Invoicing B2B customers.
- **Product Merchandising**:
Assist with stock replenishment and product displays within the warehouse to ensure easy access and high visibility.
- **Inventory Control**:
Assist with stock counts, monitoring inventory levels and reporting low-stock or discrepancies to the Buying Manager.
- **Order Processing**:
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices to update order status, manage stock movements, and print shipping labels.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- **Health & Safety**:
Comply with all warehouse health and safety procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a eCommerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude and team player mentality.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with overtime during peak periods.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
