**Job Title: Commercial Admin Support**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 42.5 hours per week**

**Location: Cheadle - **_Applicants should be from the UK only_**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring agreed timescales for invoicing process are met.
- Ensuring that the correct documentation and process procedures are complied with when processing invoices.
- Working in conjunction with the operations and commercial teams to ensure that cost control and VFM is delivered from the supply chain.
- Producing and maintaining invoice packs for submission to clients.
- Working proactively to reduce the current level and ageing of delegated contract's WIP.
- Chasing supplier invoices to ensure invoicing within contract deadline.
- Accurately process invoices for payment.
- Accurate Updating of back-office systems Cost Code checking/amendment to contract.
- Raise Annual PPM orders ensuring aligned with contract period.
- Update and process engineers’ timesheets and expenses o a weekly basis ensuring submission deadlines are met.
- Manage and update engineers' training matrix booking training as required once approved.
- Provide additional support to Admin team when required (including but not limited to; photocopying/filing, data entry, producing site files/packs, the printing of drawings, etc.)
- Any ad-hoc tasks required in line with the needs of the business.
- Conduct fire alarm test and update fire test records, update fire warden and first aider’s lists.
- Always ensure adherence to Atalian Servest health & safety policy.
- Helping create a positive safety culture across the team.

**About You**:

- Ability to work using own initiative or as part of the wider team.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- Computer literate, experience in Excel & Finance systems essential.
- Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- High level or professionalism, self-motivation, and organisation.
- Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
