We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join us on a fixed term contract, for a companywide administration project.

Joining a project team, the successful applicant will take responsibility to effectively lead the team, ensuring excellent customer service and caseload delivery are always a priority. We are looking for an individual who is self-driven and can work in a high-pressure environment, whilst managing the team of 5+ to achieve team goals. Similar experience would be desirable; training will be provided on the job.

This role is available on a hybrid basis, with two to three days of office working, however remote opportunity is also available on request.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English and Maths- strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office- ability to manage the performance of both teams and individuals- excellent customer service skills and attention to detail- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brief outline of the responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- manage and motivate the team to ensure a high level of client experience- lead and coach the team to achieve targets, service standards and objectives- working with internal stakeholders to ensure the team is trained and able maximise their potential- overseeing absence within your team and conducting performance reviews- continually seek to develop the team and processes by improving and suggesting ideas- identify strengths and development areas within the team and support as necessary- inspire and support the team to achieve their full potential- discuss and set objectives for the team, while ensuring targets are met- comply with and promote all organisation policies
