Our Kingsmead Day Nursery in Winchester part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader **(in a preschool room)**to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

**What will you be doing**:

- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
