**Customer Service Agent**

**Location**: Hybrid - Majority working from home.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join us and work with one of our fantastic clients, a popular dog food brand Pure Pet Food. If you’re passionate about great customer experiences (and dogs, too), we’d love to hear from you

**The Role**

You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products that meet each customer’s needs, contributing to both customer satisfaction and company growth. Every day will bring something different, and you’ll work closely with a small, friendly team to continually enhance the customer journey.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide expert assistance and product support to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance and target-based goals.
- Accurately maintain customer records and follow up on queries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the customer experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’re motivated by helping others, calm under pressure, and confident solving problems. You communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and feel comfortable making tailored product recommendations. A genuine love for dogs is a big plus
- A friendly and approachable attitude, aligned with our customer-first philosophy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
- Comfortable with technology and remote working tools.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

**What We Offer**
- 28-40 hours per week
- Working hours between **8am-5pm**, with occasional **evening or weekend availability** required
- **Hybrid working**, with the **majority from home**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
