We're supporting an organisation in Grantham to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and collaborative team. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service. What You'll Be Doing Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining key service databases. Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery. Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders. Setting up new contracts and managing existing customer records accurately. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face. Organising and managing bookings using internal systems. Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless service. Updating portals and systems with accurate data for management reporting. Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required. About You Essential Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role. Confident working with internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
