We are looking for a Service Advisor to work within the service department in Grantham.

**Required skills**
- Ability to work well within the service team
- Maximise service department profitability
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer retention
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work well within deadlines
- Communicate well with the workshop to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time

**Experience**:

- Current Service Advisor preferred
- Previous experience within a Service Department ideal but not essential
- Experience in using Keyloop is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills are key
