Connells Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Lettings Support Centre in Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will carry out tenant referencing in accordance with company service standards, service level agreement, and company policies.

**Key Skills and Knowledge required of our Customer Service Advisors**:
- Administrative and customer service experience ideally gained from working within accounts, financial services, property, lettings, and/or insurance environments. (other admin backgrounds will be considered)
- Able to work to targets and deadlines whilst remaining professional at all times.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with internal and external clients.
- Pay attention to detail, be accurate, numerate, and detail-conscious
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
