**TECHNICAL TRAINER - ELECTROMOBILITY - RENAULT TRUCKS UK & IRELAND**
**Warwick based**
**Full-Time, Permanent**
This is a Grade 6 position.

This role is based at our Warwick Headquarters where you’ll be part of a passionate Competence Development Team reporting to the Technical Academy Manager.
**JOB SUMMARY**
- Delivering and assisting with the design and development of current and future technical training which encapsulates the Renault Trucks product range including electromobility
- Being proactive in undertaking continuing personal professional development and participating in train-the-trainer events in Lyon
- Developing innovative tools and utilising new and emerging technologies to enhance training delivery and learner engagement
- Motivating and inspiring participants throughout training sessions
- Completing training administration, such as completing course rosters, pre-course and post-course self-assessments
- Conducting fair, consistent assessments in-line with Renault Trucks and/or awarding body policies
- Being a role model for health and safety best practice and managing the conduct of attendees throughout training courses
- Supporting the Technical Academy Manager in identifying gaps in the training offer and proposing and creating innovative solutions to address these

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- You have extensive motor vehicle technical knowledge and practical experience, either with prior experience with electromobility drivelines or a willingness to work towards
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, e.g., PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- You’re a Self-starter and can work using your own initiative
- You are comfortable leading a group of learners with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
- You hold a relevant vehicle service and maintenance qualification at Level 3 as a minimum
You will take pride in delivering training to a high standard and will be an ambassador for the Renault Trucks brand working closely with other trainers both in the UK and at Renault HQ in France to deliver the best learning experience possible.
