**Salary**: £24k + commission (£40k OTE first year, £50k second year, £70k third year)

**Who will you be working for as a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant**:
Our client is an expanding IT and Banking recruitment firm with a strong brand name and a fantastic reputation, they are looking for several graduate/trainee recruitment consultants to join their growing and successful business. Working with all the bigplayers in the IT and Banking markets including RBS, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Credit Suisse, Rackspace and Dell.

**The Role of a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant**:
*Fast paced energetic sales environment that offers the ability to earn money quickly and progress in your career through fast track program

*Cold calling to win new business

*Writing adverts

*Screening CV’s

*Negotiating terms of business

*Maintain successful client relationships

*Hitting targets/earning commission and celebrating your success each month

**Who can be a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant**:
*You will need to be a high calibre graduate with degree of a 2:1 or above from a top 20 University.

*You will have strong A Levels and be polished, articulate and confident.

*You should have commercial experience, with 6 months or more in an office based role. A previous B2B sales role would be preferable but is not essential.

*You will have extracurricular achievements (music, sport, DofE, Social Secretary of Society etc.)
*You are entrepreneurial, determined and driven with a real will to succeed.
