**£25,000 Basic + Commission OTE £45,000 + excellent benefits**

My client is looking to take on recent graduates and give the the training needed to become their next top biller With uncapped commission you should be earning **40K in your first year, 80K in your second year and 100K in your third year You can also become management level within three years of your start date**

Recruitment consultancy is a sales role You must be naturally salesy

The role is target based, you should be comfortable working towards and hitting targets.

If you have a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline OR good A level results, are hard working, dedicated and can prove you have a competitive nature then you have the skills needed to succeed as a trainee recruitment consultant Previous direct sales experienceis desirable but not necessary.
