**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start**

In exchange for hitting targets and KPI’s you will be heavily rewarded. You will receive:

This is a trainee role. No previous Recruitment Consultancy experience is needed; however you will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Resilience

- Natural sales ability
- Ability to establish relationships and build rapport quickly

Ideally you will have a 2:1 degree in any discipline and direct sales experience is desirable but not a must.
