**Position Overview**

The Wound Care Division of HARTMANN is among the fastest growing wound care businesses within the UK. We continually aim to work in partnership with healthcare professionals by providing solution led products to meet the clinical needs of patient centred care. Working from the office, you will play a crucial role in bringing in access opportunities through engaging clinicians with our HARMANN portfolio. Working to educate healthcare professionals with effective therapy area product positioning, validating and identifying opportunities to develop, meeting opportunities across all appropriate sectors in line with contact targets and objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide regular systematic coverage of all relevant customers within target areas.
- Conduct thorough due diligence research, leveraging various resources and channels of information to identify and understand prospective opportunities.
- Collaborate with field sales & marketing to understand HARTMANN products and be confident in positioning appropriately.
- Engaging with HCPs to develop sales opportunities & appointments for our clinical / sales team follow up or to follow up personally with remote product demonstrations.
- Attending company training meetings to further develop personal knowledge and understanding.
- To deliver product presentations to specific customers groups supported by clincal evidence.
- To support product evaluations in line with company protocols.

**Other Duties**
- Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures.
- Ensure data privacy is in line with GDPR regulations including appropriate collection, storage and transmission of any customer data.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:

- Experienced telesales / sales account manager with lead to conversion success (preferable medical sales).
- Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record with practical experience of overcoming and handling sales objections.
- Experience meeting targets and KPIs.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- High personal accountability & integrity
- Passion to “make a difference” to health
- Able to work effectively with a sense of urgency
- Excellent customer focus and service skills
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable IT skills in CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication Skills.
- Able to work a full five days per working week (minimum 37 hours)

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of wound care products and market
