Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager with helping to shape and evolve the customer accounts. Undertaking detailed administration duties, and ensuring exceptional service to all our customers. This role willhave a large focus on the customer KPI administration and development with some smaller account management, and is ideal for someone who is looking to step into the Commercial world who thrives in a fast paced environment and would love to be part of a highlysupportive engaging team.
The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- To support in the Commercial Manager in providing timely response and exceptional levels of service to all existing and new business enquiries.
- To help evolve and develop customer KPI sets.
- To ensure service performance is measured accurately, root causing Non GB and GB service impacts, updating the KPI packs and sending to customers in a timely manner
- To support customer meetings, taking minutes and issuing out to customers
- To work closely with the Commercial Manager on the administration of the contract database to ensure all the latest customer characteristics are up to date
- To support with the administration of the customer claims, ensuring that the operations teams review in a timely manner, the customers are up to date with the progress of their claims and the Commercial Manager is aware of the claims pipeline
- To support the management of the pallet accounts, accurately updating the data in a timely manner
- To represent Culina Group when required and to represent the company and its products and services at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent administration duties
- Be highly organised, possess a flexible approach with a focus on attention to detail to work with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate in excel
- Educated to high standard with strong technical skills.
- Literate and numerate with excellent communication skills
- The ability to be clear and concise in all forms of written and verbal communication
