**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero to track expenses and income, and to enter details of customer orders
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Contacting existing customers on a daily basis to take product orders.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.

**Skills**
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be familiarity with Xero accounting software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Administrative and telesales experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Ability to problem-solve and work unaided within an office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
