**Responsibilities**:
**Webinar Speaker Sourcing and Administration**:Source and coordinate webinar speakers, manage their onboarding, schedule them into the calendar, and ensure they are fully prepared for their presentations. Manage attendee registrations, gather feedback, and report on webinar statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Corporate Client Updates and Liaison**:Ensure all corporate clients' requests are actioned and all communication is uploaded onto the CRM system. Work alongside the Leadership team and IT Developer team to fulfil corporate requests and bespoke requirements.

**Event Administration**:Work with the events team to organise logistics for face-to-face events and conferences, including booking transportation, accommodations, and venues, as well as organising event kits. This will also include using event badging software and preparing badge designs and databases for large-scale events.

**Event Attendance**:When required, support at events and conferences, demonstrating the CPDme dashboard and App, and being able to deal with membership queries. As well as overseeing badge printing kiosks and software.

**Innovation and Growth**:Explore and implement innovative ideas to enhance our service delivery and identify areas for growth.

**Business Administration**: Support in all areas of business operations to ensure business continuity and to deliver the highest standards of service to our individual and corporate customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Digitally proficient with an understanding of online systems, platforms and processes
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in an administrator role or similar.
- Digitally proficient with an understanding of online systems and processes.
- Excellent teamwork and integrity.
- A good understanding of Continuous Professional Development.
- Technically proficient.
- Dedicated to excellence in customer care.
- Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a digital environment.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: £24,674.00
- Monday to Friday work schedule, starting at 9:00 AM and finishing at 5:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
