**Job Summary**
We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual to join as Co-ordinator to the Federation. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Federation and ensuring the smooth coordination of its activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient administration services to support the Federation’s officers, members, clubs, and volunteers.

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT and digital skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero, website content management, and social media.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, basic bookkeeping, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Experience in the voluntary or youth sector is desirable but not essential along with awareness of the agricultural industry.
- Coordinate the annual calendar of events, competitions, and meetings.
- Develop and maintain the Federation’s website, and social media platforms.
- Organise and manage office operations, including room bookings, cleaners, and contractors and manage the administration of the federations finance and bookkeeping.
- Support the development of the Federation with funding opportunities, bids and business plans.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including press and media, to raise the Federation’s profile.
- Ensure compliance with Safeguarding, charities commission, Health & Safety, and risk assessment requirements.
