**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
