**HR Administrator with Design Flair**
**Position**: Experienced HR Administrator
**Location**Clitheroe (Office based role - Town Centre office)
**Type**: Part-time 25h per week Tuesday to Friday 9.30 - 2.30

**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Administrator, you’ll:
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as employee documentation, policies and handbooks, onboarding, and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage employee communication, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Use **Canva** to design and create visually engaging newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to create HR content that aligns with company branding and culture.
- Provide friendly and efficient support to the team, assisting with HR documentation, minuting meetings, following up with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain an organised filing and database system, ensuring all HR records are up to date.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support a key archiving project - scanning & using an electronic document storage & retrieval system.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: At least 3+ years as an HR Administrator or in a similar role with exposure to discipline & grievance, redundancy,.
- **Creativity**: Proficiency in Canva and an eye for design.
- **Organisation**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Client-Focused**: A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients and employees.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable working with HR software, databases, and productivity tools like Excel and Google.
