We are seeking a proactive and driven Property Lettings & Revenue Executive to join our Property Letting & Revenue Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is looking to build a long-term career in law.

Our Property Lettings & Revenue team specialises in advising landlords and tenants on a range of legal issues related to residential lettings.

**The Role**

As a Property Lettings & Revenue Executive, you’ll be:

- Preparing and serving statutory notices according to tenancy type.
- Advising landlords on the most appropriate route to possession.
- Communicating effectively with, landlords, tenants and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide guidance.
- Issuing and conducting claims for possession through to eviction, if required.
- Answering the legal advice line, delivering clear and accurate advice over the phone.
- Managing your caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Working collaboratively within the Property Letting & Revenue Team to provide exceptional client service.

**About You**
- Educated to degree level in law (or equivalent qualification) with a strong interest in property law and enforcement.
- A confident and clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
- Ambitious, with a desire to progress within the legal profession.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- A team player who embraces Dutton Gregory’s values of being committed, united, and progressive.
