Fun, friendly and busy Property Inspection Company are looking for a super new team member to join us

CP Inventories has been operating for none years, working with a wide range of letting agents and private landlords within Hampshire.

We proudly provide excellent Property Inspection and Inventory services and are now recruiting in order to grow our team of property specialists.

**The role**:
Visiting properties in Winchester, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford and surrounding areas.

Creating Inventory Reports detailing property condition.

Visiting properties at end of tenancy, comparing condition with original inventory and creating a report detailing findings.

Liaising with Letting Agents and Private Landlords; including collecting and returning property keys.

Taking utility meter readings.

Testing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Taking detailed and thorough property photographs.

Strong command of English language - written and oral

Hardworking, methodical and an eye for detail

Polite and punctual

Able to manage own time and hit deadlines

Smartly dressed and well presented

**The right person**:
Car owner and driver

Own laptop or PC, and have fast internet access at home

We provide full training and are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.

We will initially be recruiting on a part time basis, but there is opportunity for additional hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £25.00-£200.00 per day
