Brilliant are currently looking for a Financial Administrator on behalf of a leading provider of specialist equipment to growing infrastructure and associated end markets.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
**Urgent Requirement
- Hiring Immediately**

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely manner and are matched correctly to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Deal with queries in a professional and timely manner
- _Process staff expenses through purchase ledger ensuring the expenses policy is adhered to _
- _Process credit card expenses through Web Expenses system._
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations in preparation for supplier payments
- Perform month end payment runs for suppliers and employees
- Take part in the team rota of tasks
- Cover for finance team members who are on leave
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects when required
- Any other tasks commensurate with the post

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
**Qualifications / Experience**
- **?SAGE **knowledge required
- 5 GCSEs A - C (including Maths and English)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Methodical and accurate approach
- Proven ability to focus on detail
- Self-motivation with initiative and drive
- Excellent telephone manner, clear and effective communication skills
- Good team player and wants to learn
