**About The Role**

The successful Junior Wedding and Events Co-ordinator will
- Work closely with the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator.
- Liaise with any potential clients looking to book a wedding or an event.
- Answer any queries and provide information about event packages.
- Complete administration work.
- Keep in contact with organisers of booked events to ensure all details are covered.
- Be present on the day of an event to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Help organise relevant parts of the event including waiting on staff, catering and greeting.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.
