**Overview**

We currently partner with a few clients in the telecommunications and food subscription industries. Our successful team leaders will be in charge of one of the various customer acquisition campaigns we execute for our clients, representing their products/ services to the general public.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the customer service team to achieve performance targets and provide outstanding service.
- Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall sales performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge of products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,880.00 per year
