Backed by notable investors including Holly Branson (Virgin) and Biz Stone (co-founder of Twitter). We currently operate in Oxford, Cambridge and London (Battersea), with big plans to expand across the UK and internationally. In the last year, our headcount has more than doubled, and we anticipate growing to 100+ Oxwashers in the next 6-12 months. **About You** We are looking for a tech-literate Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the ‘acquisition’ stage of the customer journey through our digital ads. You will manage the strategy, execution and maintenance of our Direct Response and Remarketing Ad Channels such as PPC, Social, and Display. You must be able to drive projects and KPIs autonomously, and be focused on achieving revenue growth through our campaigns. You will have a creative flair that will enable you to continuously review and improve ads, creating a high-performing structure. **Role Responsibilities**: - Use our data platform (segment) and user data to create a paid ad strategy across social media, PPC and programmatic display - Ensure campaigns are cohesive across all channels, and are built with both awareness and retargeting in mind. - Execute the strategy, from audiences, copy and campaign set up, through to A/B testing and reporting. - Take campaigns to the next level - implement surrounding activity to improve conversion and gather more datapoints, such as high-converting landing pages to personalise PPC journeys and increase conversion. - Work closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Communications Manager to ensure all paid ads are in line with our brand and our current messaging. - Constantly be on the lookout for innovating & exciting new digital advertising opportunities. - Monitor ROAS on a weekly basis and ensure CPAs are kept on target - Responsible for customer acquisition; CPA & Budget; - Be up-to-date with the latest marketing knowledge and execute best-in-class multi-channel campaigns - Manage data flow to marketing software such as Segment > GA4 integration - Be a true advocate for the Oxwash brand, inside and outside of the office **Requirements**: - Minimum 3+ Years of relevant experience in full-time ad management (agency and/or client-side experience will be considered) - Attention to detail essential - Able to demonstrate building previous successful ad campaigns - B2C experience essential / B2B experience desired - Must be fully adept in GAds, Meta, TikTok Ads - Adaptable; Unphased by sudden deadlines and an ever-changing workload.
