**The Company**:
We are excited to be working with a global organisation who are looking to take on a Service desk analyst, this is a hybrid working position.As an IT service desk analyst you will be the first point of contact for all IT support requests from colleagues acrossthe business.
They are the market leading company in their field within the UK and have now expanded their operations into North America, Ireland, Spain and now Australia.
**The role**:

- 1st line troubleshooting
- Logging all calls and assigning to relevant teams - assigning relevant priority status
- Diagnose and resolve support queries where possible
- Ensure tickets are reviewed and maintained
- Shift work between 7am - 5:30pm

**The key requirements**:

- Experience within a similar role or relevant IT qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to display empathy and towards colleagues
- Problem solving skills
- Team player who can work effectively in a small close knit team
