To assist the MDT Coordinators with all aspects of preparing an MDT meeting (preparing complete and accurate records for discussion, gathering together relevant clinical data ensuring that results are available for meetings; tests, scans, letters etc). To assist with post-MDT administrative duties (outcomes, follow ups, updating databases). To assist with monitoring of patient pathways. Acting as a point of contact for patient enquiries and outcomes either by phone (inbound/outbound calls) or letters.

Liaising with outpatient administrator re appointments and necessary important clinical information to ensure patients are seen on their pathway without delay. To assist with adding/removing patients to the waiting lists and coordinating admissions using trust systems.
