Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

Responsible for delivering flawless execution by providing technical support to the Service Delivery and Sales Organization.

As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating field assignments and provide technical support to field personnel.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Acting as the primary point of contact and advisor to build successful customer relationships
- Accounting the coil tubing department's forecasts and operational budgets.
- Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have BSc or equivalent in Engineering Subject - focus being on Coiled Tubing and experience in similar role
- Have Field based experience in North Sea Operations
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements
