As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Drill Bits Services, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for -
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in UK, Germany and other Europe countries
- Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
- Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
- Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
- Drive sales through bits and BHA optimizations
- Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer
- Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved
- Be self-independent and lease with international teams to gather the equipment needed

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors' degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of rig operations
- Drill bits technical knowledge and optimization trough analytical analysis
- Have a Proven experience in Drill bits
- Demonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimization
- Held in presence customer daily drilling meeting
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
- Have the ability to manage multiple project and deadlines
- Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
- Have knowledge of the Drill Bits industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers in the area is a plus
