An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Toyota & Lexus Aftersales Centre based in Isleworth.

**REPORTING TO THE PARTS MANAGER YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
- Dealing with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
- To receive and identify all parts and goods deliveries
- Assisting with parts stock check
- Liasing with aftersales departments
- Contact customers offering special promotions that are available from time to time
- Pre-picking parts for those jobs pre booked into workshop / bodyshop
- To satisfy and retain existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities

T**HE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- **
- Main dealer experience - minimum of one year
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle layout function and location of parts
- Excellent customer service skills
- A checkable school / work history

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
