**Automotive Service Administrator - Isleworth TW7 6DS**
**Basic salary £28,000pa plus uncapped commission, realistic OTE £30k**
The hours of work are 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch & 8.00am -1.00pm on a Saturday rota (1 in 3 on a rota basis)
The key objectives are to provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department, prioritising all invoicing achieving the 15min SLA on completion of repair, full WIP management and to support other functions as directed by the ASM
**The Person**
You will be introduced to a range of computer based systems and programs which are used in-house, you will therefore need to be a fast learner who is IT literate. You will need to be an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has a keen eye for detail and the capability to ensure every customer receives excellent customer service. You will need to be well presented as you will often be the customer’s first point of contact and previous customer facing experience is essential. You will also need to hold a full driving licence.
This position would suit an individual who has previous customer service experience, a keen interest in sales and is keen to start their career in the automotive industry. Full training will be provided together with a genuine career path.
Key Accountabilities:
- To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department
- Job pack preparation (inc checking SCP, CWS, C&D prep, GDPR check)
- Quote and convert SCP customers due for renewal
- Prioritising all invoicing, invoice wallet preparation and updating service records
- Invoicing of Service Care Plan work
- To manage the Used Car warranty claim process
- Follow company banking process
- WIP management including Rebooking for Parts received
- To ensure data quality requirements are met individually and departmentally
- To ensure the GDPR process is followed, and agreements are in place 100% of the time
- Filing and Archive management
- PCN administration
- To be available for other duties as directed by ASM including SA support, covering annual leave or sickness
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Currie Motors experience is always delivered to all contacts
- To be presentable to brand standards and adhering to the company dress code at all time
