Are you an experienced Sales or Customer Service Advisor ready for a new challenge? We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals like you to join our Storage team as a Customer Advisor in Currie Easy Self Storage Isleworth.

**Pay:

- £11.94 per hour**

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm and Saturdays on (rota basis).

This role involves some lone working and weekend work, on a rota basis. **(flexibility required to cover holidays/sickness)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively
- Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Give tours of our facility to potential customers
- Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold calling prospects
- Prepare customer contracts
- Reconcile accounts
- Keep customer databases up to date
- General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A sales enthusiast with great numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers
- Someone flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
