We have a new and exciting opportunity for a referrals coordinator, this role will manage our new referrals into our homes, consider matching of children alongside our Registered Managers and Director of Care, liaise with Local Authorities around contracts and commissioning.

It is an exciting time to join Associated Wellbeing as we are an ever-growing company who is expanding its portfolio of residential homes for children, which in turn brings new and exciting opportunities for our workforce. We have both CQC and Ofsted registered homes, with further homes and a school opening this year.

**The role -**
- As the company expands, there are going to be more referrals to read and match to our homes and vacancies.
- This role will lead in screening referrals, sharing appropriate referrals with Registered Managers and being the point of contact with Local Authorities.
- This role will be required to attend weekly referrals meetings, to ensure there is a good understanding of which children will match to which homes.
- This role will ensure the relevant paperwork is shared and signed by all parties.
- There will be some additional administration tasks, such as typing supervision notes and minuting management meetings.
- You will report to and be line managed by our Director of Care.

**What we want from you -**
- A qualified social worker, who has experience and understanding of residential children’s homes.
- You must have a significant amount of experience in working with children and young people, ideally in a residential or inpatient setting.
- Experience from a commissioning perspective would be desirable.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of the children we care for.
- Strong IT skills as you will be responsible for managing our referrals system.
