IT Governance PMO Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the bank as an IT Governance PMNO Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for providing a support and control function aligned to one or more CIO/CTO's, ensuring all governance and process are adhered toand supporting the CIO/CTO with their financial management and planning.

**The difference you will make.**

The PMO will be aligned with the top line and work with the CIO and CTO's on the CIO Governance model. The role will include:

- Overseeing CIO 3rd Parties spend, including committee submissions and ensuring spend requests are raised in a timely manner
- Providing support to the IT approval process for which feeds in to the end-to-end governance process
- Analysing financials and providing support and reporting as required including producing CIO monthly operating packs
- Creating and follow up on spend requests and ensure financials are aligned
- Managing team activities such as timesheet completion, mandatory training, etc
- Supporting resource management & business management challenges for area

**What you will bring.**
- Experience and an understanding of working with and analysing financial documents and budgets
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills including Excel, Powerpoint & Word

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience with Jira & Planview
- Exposure to End to End Project Management process
- Having worked in a change environment and can facilitate change
- Managing and prioritising workload

**What else you need to know.**

This role is Milton Keynes based with some remote working.

However the expectation will be that you will be in the office 2-3 days per week, or as agreed with your Line Manager.
