PMO Analyst

**What You Will Be Doing as a PMO Analyst**
- Assist and support the CIO/CTO with financial management and planning while adhering to governance and processes
- Develop and maintain project management and monitor compliances with methods, standards, and templates
- Ensure reports and prepared for senior management
- Coordinate project meetings
- Manage project documentation as well as work on project teams providing guidance, risks, and issues.

** Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Able to effectively manage resourcing, assignments, and demand coordination
- Deliver impactful and professional presentations, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven record of successfully collaborating with IT Business Unit colleagues to deliver projects
- Possess strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple work projects
- Proven ability to lead and organise management team meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis including presenting financial information in a manner understandable to non-financial personnel.
