We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing administrator (2 x posts) to join the Long Term Conditions Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual dedicated to supporting the delivery of high quality care for those with long term conditions across Birmingham and Solihull. As a team we are determined to improve access, achieve better health outcomes and reduce health inequalities in order to provide equity of care to our diverse communities.
As the Long Term Conditions administrator, you will undertake a range of key duties to support effective delivery of systemwide leadership of Diabetes Services; Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke Services; Respiratory Services; Tobacco Services; Dementia Services and End of Life Services.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, willing to learn and develop, can demonstrate excellent organisation, planning and communication whilst contributing to the achievement of change and transformation in a challenging environment.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate experience in providing and coordinating administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas, taking action notes, updating action logs and taking minutes for meetings and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
The post holder will support the team with the management of projects, gathering information, be the first point of contact for internal and external queries into the team and undertake enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department and the team.

**Your duties will include**:
Electronic filing and circulation of reports/documents
Diary management
Meeting organisation
Papers collation and distribution
Meeting minutes and notes taking
Liaising with provider contacts where required
Support senior managers, project managers, leads and other colleagues as necessary
Handle financial matters via Oracle system
Work independently with initiative and mínimal supervision
Prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines

The post holder will administer and attend identified meetings, including taking full minutes or action notes as agreed with the Chair and / or senior manager(s) who lead the meeting. The role will also provide administrative
support for designated projects contributing to delivery of the ICB’s strategic objectives, as allocated by Senior Managers in the LTC-P Team.
The post holder will need to work closely with the Senior Managers to support them in working with Clinical Leads to deliver relevant elements of the ICB’s annual Operational Plan.
