The Climate and Resilience Hub (CRH) of Willis Towers Watson are looking for individuals with a talent for independent thinking, effective collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving skills to join our analytics team.Our innovation driven environment providesa great opportunity for an individual to work alongside some of the best in the climate analytics field, in a fast growing and supportive team.
As a Business Analyst you will interface between our climate analytics and advisory colleagues and our clients from the financial services, private and public sectors. Projects cut across all economic sectors impacted by climate change including the financialsectors, public sector, energy, industrial and agricultural. In this role you will be required to work with multi-disciplinary teams with digital, analytics, research and business backgrounds, using the latest analytical methods, incubating new ideas and technologiesand driving innovation that makes a lasting and meaningful impact.
**The Role**:

- Understand and contribute to the overarching business vision/strategy of WTW’s Climate and Resilience Hub (CRH) and how it drives our climate analytics innovation and product development agenda.
- Understand the changing climate risk landscape, where both transition and physical risk will interact and present opportunities for integrated product development.
- Support the development of, and facilitate, building strong relationships and good communication with business partners, clients, team members and colleagues from across our global hubs.
- Engage with internal and external clients as well as our analytics and advisory staff to extract business level and detailed requirements, and document these in formats suitable for product development or scalable analytical methods and processes.
- Support the development of in-house client, innovation and research driven risk management tools/methodologies and identify where scalable opportunities exist for productising.

**The Requirements**:

- An insightful, independent, analytical mind, with a passion for climate change issues.
- The ability to understand how data-driven processes, products, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value.
- Articulation of ideas with a balanced approach to what’s technically feasible, and financially and functionally reasonable.
- Some understanding of the climate change risk landscape for businesses, economies, and societies and how these may interact.
- Ability to communicate methods, results and recommendations from complex qualitative and quantitative analysis to expert and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter, ability to juggle multiple complex tasks at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team, and ability to interact with a diverse group of people with different skills.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in other languages is desirable.

**Experience**:

- Experience working directly with and developing client and user personas and scenarios, data matrices, and developing potential project scope, solution and architecture designs to support client and internal requirements.
- Experience with Business Analysis methods, at all stages of the project life cycle including High level architecture framework, Conceptual System Data Flow diagrams, process flow models and other design documentation....
