Recruitment Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Engage in executive recruiting and campus recruitment initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
- Provide guidance on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate employee orientation and training & development programs for new hires.
- Evaluate employee performance and assist in succession planning efforts within the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources with a focus on technical recruiting preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in employee relations, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to research and staying updated on industry trends related to talent acquisition.
