**Role**

We are currently looking for a **Night Guest Services Associate** to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our **Guest Services Associates** are appointed to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests. This role plays an integral part in delivering a memorable guest experience. This role offers a schedule of 40 hours spread over 5 working days.

**Key expectations of this role are**
- Efficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.
- Providing the highest standard of customer service, striving to go extra mile by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging.
- Ensuring clear, complete and legible information is taken from our guests and is forwarded to the appropriate department to satisfy their requests.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.

**Profile**
- The ability to work alone, in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being self-motivated.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
