Job Introduction
We are looking for a Guest Services Supervisor to join the Rapport team at one of our key clients, based in the City of London. The client is one of the big four accountancy firms in the world.
This is the ideal role for a dynamic individual who can manage and inspire a team. The successful individual will excel in creating an innovative environment which enhances the client experience. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
The Guest Services Supervisor will maintain a hands on approach and be prepared to cover the reception and catering tasks at key operational hours including the first and last hour of the shifts and suggest best practice taken from across the industry including presentation of quarterly innovations influenced by regular networking across the industry.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage and co-ordinate events
Effectively connect all available services including catering, IT, AV Support, cleaning and security
Exceed client and guest expectations and actively promote a client-centred environment within the team
Actively encourage client and guest feedback and identify ways to improve service
Support the performance management programmes and promote team development
Supports the kitchen teams with food production planning and purchasing.
Stock management and making sure the team and contract adheres to food hygiene systems
